Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These terms and conditions apply to contracts for the rental of hotel rooms for accommodation as well as all other services provided by the hotel.

 

2. Conclusion of the contract

The contract is concluded upon receipt of the hotel's booking confirmation.

 

3. Services and Prices

The hotel is obliged to keep the booked rooms available and to provide the agreed services.

All prices include statutory VAT.

 

4. Payment

The invoice amount is due in full upon departure at the latest, unless otherwise agreed.

The hotel may require a reasonable advance payment.

 

5. Arrival and Departure

Check-in: from 3 pm
Check-out: until 11:00 AM

Any deviations from these times require the hotel's approval.

 

6. Withdrawal / Cancellation

Free cancellation is possible up to 48 hours before arrival - for trade fairs, 5 days before arrival.

In case of later cancellation or no-show, the hotel may charge cancellation fees.

 

7. Liability

The hotel is only liable for damages caused by intent or gross negligence.

The statutory regulations apply to items brought onto the premises.

 

8. Pets

Bringing pets is only permitted with the prior consent of the hotel.

 

9. Smoking ban

Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas. Additional cleaning fees may be charged for violations.

 

10. Final Provisions

German law applies.

The place of jurisdiction is — insofar as permissible — Neuss.
